You are interested in ISO/IEC 27001 certification but you

We will create a project plan for you, individually tailored to your unique requirements. "What are your business objectives? When do you require certification? Do you want us to build the ISMS for you, or teach you how to do it?" are typical of the questions we will ask you at the outset. Our plan will identify the key milestones that will allow you to monitor progress, e.g.
- ISMS approved: when management has formally approved the content of the ISMS
- Ready for certification: when the Certification Body assessors have conducted a pre-certification audit and have declared that the ISMS is ready for certification
- Recommended for certification: When the Certification Body assessors have successfully completed the initial audits and have recommended certification to the Certification Body
- Fully operational: Following the first surveillance visit, normally 6 moths after the initial certification audits, confirming that the ISMS is properly being run in accordance with the standard.
We will use our Fast Track methodology. This uses the same techniques that Gamma used to gain its own ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
With it we have achieved certification from a standing start in 4-6
months. We have even trained clients how to rollout ISMS to other
parts of their organisation with very little further assistance from
ourselves.

We can also create for you an Integrated Management System to combine other standards with your ISMS, for example ISO 9001 and BS 25999. Having an Integrated Management System opens up the possibility for joint
certification audits, just as we have
done for ourselves - one management system, one audit but certificates of conformity to many standards.
