Incident Management

Include here your incident management process. If you do not have one, the topics to consider are (a) responsibilities (b) levels of escalation (c) levels (severity) of incident (d) methods of detection (e) initial response (f) crisis management (g) recording (h) collecting evidence (i) investigation (j) recovery action (k) post incident actions (e.g. dissemination of information, follow-up analysis, disciplinary/legal action etc) (l) closure. Near misses are also interesting and should be dealt with by this process.
